Cloudflare HTTP/2 Server Push Compatibility

Hi,

I’m using HTTP/2 Server Push feature from Cloudflare plugin https://id.wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare/ , but it seem the output of combined CSS and JS files from your plugin were not being pushed.

Please advice. Thanks in advance.
