How do I clear these tables? They are huge….Thanks in advance

postmeta and usermeta are WordPress-own database tables. login_log probably belongs to a plugin you use I don’t know.

In general, you could use a cleanup plugin. Here you can find a selection: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/cleanup/

I can’t say whether they can also clean up login_log. If you have questions about the cleanups, you should contact the respective plugin developers.

Very important: make a backup of the database before each change.
