Clear Cache results icon

    After clicking to clear the cache, I get a “thumbs down” icon. Is that what I’m supposed to see? I would think that if it worked, I would get a “thumbs up” icon.

    Thank you for the question. Sorry for the long delay.
    I really appreciate your patience.
    Would be nice if you’d provide the plugin version you use. Because the latest version has
    I think the reason is some of the timeouts on your setup. Like PHP max_execution_time or http_request_timeout (which is 5 seconds by default)
    The latest version of the plugin has 5000 seconds timeout. But if it’s overridden by some of your server settings – it might time out.
    Another way to check if there is no mistake with your secret and key is just pasting into your browser:
    https://waf.sucuri.net/api?k=YOUR_KEY&s=YOUR_SECRET&a=clearcache
    and see the response. If it takes much more time than thumb down to appear – most likely it’s a timeout issue. If secret or key is wrong you’ll get the message in your browser.

    Okay. We’ve cleared things up. It was a wrong API key, that’s why Sucuri API failed.
