CleanTalk Blocking Process

Hello. I want to install a “if you are having trouble processing your order press here and we’ll reach out with 24 hours” button on the checkout page of my woocommenrce store so that if there are problems I will learn about them, and can therefore correct them, sooner than later. The form I’m using tries to send all the customer info so that we can contact them but when activated we are getting a *Forbidden by CleanTalk message. I like that CleanTalk is protecting the site but am hoping that there is a way for the software to allow this process.
