Clean-login-register shortcode ignoring other content

So I am creating a new Santa website, and the Register page has all of this text that is supposed to be there. That is visible when in edit mode, but when I go to view the page in real mode, none of it is there.

I have 4 boxes of text that appear before the shortcode box [clean-login-register]. They contain:

In order to have full access to this site (with all of its features), you must be a member of Norpac Santas with a current background check. Membership request and Background check request forms are located in files. Completed forms with applicable payment must be made with the Treasurer.
