Hi there, Doctor Garret! When themes become incompatible or outdated it can be fairly frustrating and typically you will need to look into using a different theme, if an update isn’t an option and downgrading your WP version is out of the question.
We do have a Knowledge Base article that helps to outline what you want to look for when switching themes, to ensure that you do not lose any content or functionality.
Here’s the article that has a pretty in-depth breakdown: How to Switch WordPress Themes Without Losing Content
Be sure to review the entire checklist and, if you have any issues or need guidance, please feel free to reach out to our support team via phone or chat support.
Hopefully, the admins with Clean Gallery can chime in here with any additional guidance as well.
Hi, I’ve tested the theme with the latest version of WordPress and couldn’t reproduce the issue. The WordPress text editor is working fine on my end. Could you please try disabling all your plugins and see if the problem persists? Thanks.
Bluehost reported to me that they already did that & functionality of the word press editor was not restored. They concluded from this that “Clean Gallery” is not compatible with the most recent version of WordPress. Are they incorrect?
As mentioned, I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my end. If you’d like, I can personally take a look. Feel free to contact me using any of the methods listed on my website. Thanks.
Dear Themesdna: I have tried contacting in the past you by all methods listed on your website https://themesdna.com/contact/ including by contact form. I will email you again at [email protected]. I look forward to resolving this successfully, if possible. Thank you.
Dear Theme Author: Do you have a physical address where you may be reached by U.S. postal service? I carefully read your “Terms & Conditions” page and couldn’t find one.
