    Hello,

I just installed the free version of “Dropshipping XML for WooCommerce” to check for compatibility before purchasing Pro, and immediately noticed PHP warnings in the server logs — even before activating the plugin.

    Log snippet:
PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$plugin in /wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 168
PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$plugin in /wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 168

    Environment:

    • Hosting: Pressidium (Apache + PHP-FPM)
    • WordPress: 6.7.2
    • WooCommerce: 9.8.2
    • PHP: 8.2.x
    • Theme: Astra (latest)
    • Other notable plugins: Elementor Pro, Astra Pro

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Download and install the free “Dropshipping XML for WooCommerce” plugin from WordPress.org.
    2) Do not activate it.
    3) Check the server error logs — the warnings already appear.

    Expected:
No warnings in logs after a plugin is installed but not yet activated.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue and provide a fix or patched build?
I’d like to test compatibility before purchasing Pro. Happy to provide WooCommerce System Status Report and full plugin list if needed.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi, thanks for contacting us.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

    The warning you noticed:

PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$plugin in /wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 168

appears due to our plugin loading some internal logic even before it’s activated. This occurs when WordPress scans all plugin files to render the Plugins page.

The warning is harmless and doesn’t impact functionality, but we recognize it’s not ideal to have unnecessary log entries — especially with stricter PHP 8.2 error reporting.

We’re reviewing the initialization code and will issue a fix to suppress this warning in a future update.

Thank you for testing the plugin and for your detailed report!

At this point, you can check if a similar problem occurs in the previous version of the plugin.
    Best regards,

    Hi,

I wanted to ask if you have a longer log that could help us take a closer look at this issue?

Do you also experience this problem when installing other plugins?

Have you been able to verify this with the previous version of the Dropshipping plugin?

    Best regards,

I am sorry for the late reply, I am afraid I cannot provide a longer log since we tried other plugins to find one without any warning. Thank you for the reply.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this error in our test environments.

Without a longer log, I am unable to do anything else.

    I will close this thread.

    Best regards,
