    Hi Team,
We’re facing a critical issue on our WooCommerce checkout page where certain sections, such as Contact Information, Shipping, Billing, and Payment Method, are stuck showing a loading spinner (refer to attached screenshot). Due to this, customers are unable to complete their orders.

    Thank You.

    Hi @sanjusai,

Usually when the loading indicators on the checkout page keep spinning or the sections are not usable, it is related to an error that happened while processing the checkout page update requests.

Since this is an error that happens on your server we are unable to evaluate it.

    1. You’ll need to check your PHP error.log or debug.log file on your hosting environment for any error message related to Fluid Checkout.

The location for the PHP error.log or debug.log file depends on your hosting environment configuration and unfortunately, we are unable to send you instructions to locate it. You might need to contact your hosting company to help you locate the correct file.

Once you have the log file, you can open the file in a text editor such as Notepad and search for fluid-checkout inside it.

You can also send the entire file to us and we’ll check it for you, however, you will need to create a separate support ticket on the support page on our website as sharing such sensitive information on this a public forum might expose your website to security vulnerabilities.

    2. Please open a new support ticket through our support page on our website to send the requested information.

    Kind regards,
    Diego.

Thank you for your suggestion. @diegoversiani

Following your recommendation, we reviewed both the PHP error.log and debug.log files on our server. However, we did not find any errors specifically related to the Fluid Checkout plugin.

Please let us know if there’s a particular area or log file we should focus on, or if you have any other suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.

Looking forward to your further assistance.

    Thank you

    Hi @sanjusai,

As you cannot find any reference to Fluid Checkout, it usually means that the problem is not related to our plugin.

    2. I suggest you contact the support team of any plugin or theme you can identify from the error.log and debug.log files, so they can check it.

    3. Alternatively, you could send us the log files through our support page (as this is a public forum) and we will evaluate if there is anything we can do from our side.

    4. This error might also be a conflict between plugins, so it would be helpful if you could run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be conflicting with Fluid Checkout.

Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Once we know what plugin or theme is causing this compatibility issue with Fluid Checkout, then we can work on fixing it.

    Kind regards,
    Diego.
