The steps to change this depends on the type of theme you are using. Can you please go to the Appearance tab on your dashboard and let us know if you see the Editor option or the Customize option so we can share the correct steps to make the phone field mandatory? 🙂

Changing the color there is not a default WooCommerce feature.
By default the checkout fields are all the same color. It might be your theme or a plugin you use changing this.
To test, you can try temporarily switching to another theme to check if it remains like this.

Thanks for your fast reply and prompt action, much appreciate it! for the phone field mandatory and customizer, this is what I have now: I don’t think an editor is available even here. as for the color, its from the theme and I fix it! Thanks!
Hey! I can’t add any products to your website to test but you’re probably using Checkout block.
In which case, go the Checkout page, click Edit, once in the editor, select the address block, and force enable the phone from the sidebar.
For the address line 2 one, this is a current conflict from your theme, you either need to edit it with CSS, or wait until WooCommerce 9.4 where its fixed.
You can also disable the second line address for now (same way as phone one).
@serafinnyc @carolm29 Note that the plugins you recommended do not work with the new Checkout block, and that the customizer is no longer used when using the Checkout block, all settings happen on the editor page.
