It is possible you have a conflict with one of the plugins. Try putting your site in maintenance mode and disable all your plugins except for woocommerce and then try. If it works you know it’s a plugin.
Then one by one enable them and in between each one test until it throws an error again. Then you’ll know which one it is.

I am checking server logs error and it show me this error.

That’s a server issue.
Who are you hosted with? Have permissions changed on the server at all? Are you any using a security plugins?

I’d run thru disabling all your plugins like I advised except for WC and see what happens. Or did you do that already and this is the error you received?
If so then contact BH and see if there’s something wrong with the permission settings or if the htaccess file has been rewritten.

Disabling YITH WooCommerce Multi-step Checkout fixed it.
