Checkout bug when changing shipping methods

Hello, i have a bit of a problem that i am trying to solve for the past few hours. There is a bug in my online store where everytime i change the shipping method to “CZ Výdejní místa Zásilkovny (Z-Point, Z-Box)” as a pickup option and go through payment methods, there is a big red alert saying that something went wrong when everything actually works fine. Im not sure if this is a problem with Woocommerce or “Packeta” shipping plugin, however i tried to rollback to older versions of both but nothing works.
Another problem i have is TTFB metric (Time to first byte) on my website. I would say that the website itself is quite optimized. It runs on a very high end ubuntu nginx server with 24 gigs of RAM and about 8 cores, which is more than enough for a website like this. I tried every optimalization technique from server PHP caching, alocating more power in wp-config, optimizing website content, using caching on the frontend, using gzip and so on. None of this helps with the ridiculously bad TTFB. May this be a problem with Woocommerce in general?
I would greatly appreciate any help from the official support or more experienced people than me 🙂
