Checking Jquery version used by wpform

    I ran into this issue whenever I am trying to submit the form with image (no error without image)

    My buddy suggest that I check my Jquery version for wpform since the mismatch jquery version is likely what caused those error. I am using jQuery Updater to ensure that I have the latest JQuery version

    I noticed that your form on https://www.jaysmetal.com/products/duraclad/?nocache=1 includes Layout fields and conditional logic. Please note that these features are available exclusively with a paid license.

    With this, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks for getting back to me!

    While reviewing the domain jaysmetal.com, I found ticket #4591075. It appears that the WPForms AJAX submit error is caused by a conflict with the PDF Builder for WPForms plugin.

    When you have a moment, could you try disabling that plugin to see if it resolves the issue?

    If this resolves the problem, I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team to report the conflict and request further assistance.
