Yes I’m connecting the site to MC through your plugin.
When I pressed the button to insert the code, I was given this:

Is there anything wrong with that? Does there always need to be a value?

Can you please share where the value is set as checked? Is it in the email sent by CF7 form or in your MailChimp list?
