    Hello, I really would like to use your plugin, I have configured the API, but it doesn’t seem to work as the chatbot keep telling me that he does not understand. I have been checking many points already but I’m lost. Can you help me out ?

    Also, please check if you have balance in your OpenAI account.

    Hi,

    Thanks for quick reply. I think you are maybe right, but I don’t understand because I created the API key on 4th of May and it says that it expired on 1st of May and I don’t have anymore credit left and nothing of the 18dollars was used. I will see to buy a subscription plan then but I wished I could have tested it before buying a plan.

    Try creating another OpenAI account with a different email address. Hopefully, that will work! 🙂
