After looking at your settings I see that domain you whitelisted starting with https://
but your website is not secure and starts with http://
I update the whitelisted domain and now the widget is shown on your website. Make sure to reload the page from the server with CTRL+F5 (for windows).

Whitelisting is set on Facebook or in our web app https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
On FB visit page Settings -> Advanced Messaging -> scroll to White-listed domains
The widget is on the website, if you don’t see it try to clear browser cache and open website again

I tried sever time, ask other to check and i’m not able to see the widget on the website…
I checked the whitelist.
I Checked the <script></script> is present on the page , inside head .
( but its not the same file, number is different )
From linux PC can see the chat window, from windows, tablet and phone it’s not working
I have to understand if this plugin it’s woking or i have to choose another platform.

Last time I updated whitelisted domains to add this, but someone removed it.
I added again that domain to the whitelist and it works.
Please do not update whitelisted domains, this already includes correct version
