Chatbot doesn’t update the content

Hello,
In the past few days, I noticed that changed and saved content no longer updates in real time. I deleted the cache and also tried different browsers.

Further, in the greeting is written “undefined” and then the text – i don’t know why. In the backend there is everything fine.
