    Hello,

    I was wondering if its possible to add a pre chat form in the chatbot window before they start using the chat bot, to capture some basic info like name, zip/postcode.

    Yes, you can! You can use the AI Engine JS API to add custom HTML blocks inside the chatbot, which allows you to build your own form within the conversation interface. You can learn more about how to do this by checking out the documentation here:
