I don´t know what is happening, because the access to my website is open, not forbidden. Strange.
And I want to put the social bar at the right corner of the main menu, not close to the footer of the page. Is it possible?

Please make sure the site url is correct or else you can email us your wp-admin login credentials. However based upon the theme you can add following custom css inside the additional css section section of your customizer,save and try.

}
Note: You can change the social icon color, background color inside customizer>>Social Networking.
