When launching a site using WooCommerce Admin my client had some existing orders they wanted to manage in the new system and so the orders were added manually.

However, that means they have a spike of several thousands in revenue showing on their charts in the dashboard.

They are happy for the orders to be moved to last year and ignored, however, changing the order date does not remove the spike from February.

How would I go about changing the dates on the orders so that they show for any date 2019, but not the February 2020 date that is currently reported?

  • Hello @oajohn,

If the order dates have been modified, you should be able to delete and re-import the order data into the new analytics.

Head to Analytics > Settings and scroll to “Import Historical Data”. From there click “delete previously imported data” and when that is complete, click “start” to re-import your data.

Check out the WooCommerce Analytics Documentation for more information.
