Change name displayed in menu

Hi
We have a number of pages and also a post with various entries.
At the moment the Menu displays the post as NEWS I would like to change that to NEWSLETTERS.
Is there any simple way to do that? I have searched the forum and online generally but can’t seem to find what I need.

From Appearance->Menus, you can change the label for any menu item.
