Change form action

I have a form I already laid out in HTML. It is here: http://www.loydster.com/html5/congrats.html I tried to do this using Caldera Forms, but I am unable to change the form action. Rather than send an email, the data collected is sent to a back office app called Velocify. If I can simply use a URL rather than an email address, it would work. Again, all I need to be able to do is switch from submitting the data from an email address to URL
