CF7 + REST API/JSON data

Hi. I was asked to create a form that would pull data from an external server to show in a new or same page when the form is submitted. Basically like the results you get on this page on a dental insurance site. They would like to display the contact info as well as the map and said they would set up a JSON file for the site to receive the info from their server. They mentioned that I may only need an id to make this happen, but I’ve never done this before. I’ve seen that there is an add-on called Contact Form to Any API and wondered if this could help to make this happen. Or if there was any other way to make it happen. Or if this is not the best way to approach this. Give me the good, bad and ugly. I can handle it. And thanks for any help you can offer.
