CF7 and CFDB data not saving | WordPress.org

I’m using CF7 version 4.3.1 and CFDB 2.10.1.
The first time I submitted the data it worked fine, email was recive from CF7, and the data inserted into CFDB. Now, I receive emails, but the data is not saved to CFDB. I’ve also check the table in mysql, and the first row I save is there, but not any others.

Any ideas on what might have caused this?

Did you ever figure out what the problem is? I’ve got a client having the same issue.

Be sure you have the latest version. In the cases I found, the form name had special characters and the query to the database was not showing the records in the admin page, but the data was actually in the DB. That should be fixed in the latest version.

Good to know the author of this plugin has fixed the issue!

I’m having this same issue. I have 2 Cf7 forms. One saves, the other doesn’t.

There is a CFDB option to exclude saving forms based on their name. Check that setting.

I don’t think this is a CFDB issue. I developed a form in cf7, and it won’t submit to cfdb, however the form I built in FSCF works well with no issues.

There is something going on with cf7. Even the very simple basic default form just spins and never submits after clicking.
