Certificates are not Previewed or Downloaded

    Hello;

    We used your plugin to create course single page template. However, We found that when a student finishes a course, certificate is shown on the Single Course page, but it is not shown on clicking on it or downloaded. We deactivated all the plugins and found the issue with Elementor. Could you help us with this?

    I cannot thank you enough for your prompt reply on this. I already created a ticket, but we need fast response about this issue, as it appeared after we scheduled our services launch to be tomorrow. Could you please, check on this?
