One thing I can see is that some of your columns have right-padding on them. That padding is still in place on the smaller screens – which is why it looks shifted to the right instead of centered.
For the ‘Watch, Read, Listen’ section it looks like the images are set to a width of 200 pixels – which is why they are sitting to the left.
And for the footer – that’s a tricky one. The layout is doing it’s best to keep the three columns – but it maintains the gap between them (in the middle). Sadly the end result looks a little messy.
I’d recommend playing with the layout settings for that row – and see if there’s one that works a little better for.
So how do I get this lady centered on mobile? CSS or in settings and how?
If they should not be 200 pixel, then what should they be? They were off center in the default setting also.
It would really be appreciated if WP would create centered footer, or something that works out of the box, as opposed to everyone wasting time on this, cause, as mentioned it looks amateur, and now sounds tricky.
To sum up, I need specifics and not just; It’s left aligned, wrong width, tricky one.
How can I in settings change settings for mobile only?

I’d recommend removing the padding from the side of the column – that should help.

It’s tricky to know exactly – but I’d double check the alignment of the image (to make sure it is center aligned). You could also try removing the specific width from the image settings – to let it fill more of the space. It’s like something that will need a little trial and error.

One thing I can suggest trying is swapping out for the other Footers that come with the theme. If you go to the Site Editor (Appearance > Editor), click on the preview, then select the footer area – you’ll have an option to replace it/.
