    My Category table is no longer showing in the 3 columns. All categories are lumped together in one long string??

    Did you upgrade the plugin through the wordpress admin or a manual upload? I upgraded the version on my site through FTP upload and it showed up like this until I deactivated and reactivated the plugin.

    worked for me to. After upgrade to wp 3.2.1 and link library to 5.0.8 my category listing was messed up. Deactivating and reactivating the plugin solved the issue. Btw I upgraded directtly from within wp admin.

    Same issue here. Category listings messed up after 3.2.1 upgrade. Deactived / activated plugin fixed the problem. All updates done from within WP admin as well.
