Cart problem when plugin is activated
-
Hi,
I don’t know why but when the plugin is active if I add 2 or three products to the basket, the basket does not contain at all what I have just added, I very often find myself having only one product.
If I deactivate the plugin, however, everything works correctly.
Does anyone here encounter the same issue? The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us.
It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Please change the theme to the default Storefront and deactivate all other plugins beside Flexible Shipping and WooCommerce. Then, please verify if the issue occurs. If not, it means that something conflicts with the Flexible Shipping and overwrites it.
Best regards
Karolina
Hi @josselynj,
Were you able to perform the test mentioned by Karolina? Does the issue still occur?
Best regards,
TomekHello, im having the same problem with the last version of the plugin. It was working fine before the update I have not change my theme or add any other plugin. When you add a item to the cart and proceed to view the cart or checkout the cart gets empty.
If i deactivate the plugin the cart stars working again. Would it be possible to get a download link to the previous version of the plugin please?
UPDATE: The error only happens for guest users. I deactivated cache just to check if it was a cache problem but no. It’s a problem with non logged users and flexible shipping activated-

Hi @samuelsuteras you can download previous versions of the plugin here. You just need to choose which version you want.
Regarding the error, we would need to ask you to deactivate all other plugins beside Flexible Shipping and WooCommerce. Then, please verify if the issue occurs. If not, it means that something conflicts with the Flexible Shipping and overwrites it. Then, activate plugins one after another. This is the best option for now to troubleshoot it.
Best regards

I have deactivated all plugins but woocommerce and flexible and the problem still continue. After seeing this i decided to re-activate all plugins and change my theme from woodmart 7.2 to storefront and them problem seems to be with woodmart maybe their last update is breaking sometime with flexible shipping plugin
Dear @samuelsuteras thank you for the update. If the Flexible Shipping works on Storefront that means the issue causes the theme that you are using. In this case, I would kindly ask you to contact directly the Woodmart’s authors and consult this with them.
Best regards
Karolina
Hi, on my side, i’ve activated the Twenty Twenty three theme and the problem is still the same 🙂
You’re lucky @samuelsuteras !
Dear @josselynj did you deactivate all other plugins beside Flexible Shipping and WooCommerce. And verified it then?
Best regards
Karolina
Yes, its ok i will use another plugin for my table rates.
Dear @josselynj did the issue appear when you have deactivates other plugins?
Best regards
Hello!
I have talked to Woodmart support and it’s not a theme issue. I have activated twenty as Josselynj did and the problem persists. @josselynj Can you please give the list of plugins you are using to see if we have some plugin in common that might be creating the problem?Hey! It would be nice to have an answer from the support…. The problem is similar to this one:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/502-bad-gateway-woocommerce-add-to-cart/
I have updated the database and all plugins but still no luckHi @samuelsuteras,
I see that you asked a question to Thread Starter, but did not get an answer. You mentioned earlier that the issue was not present for earlier versions of Flexible Shipping.
At the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/flexible-shipping/advanced/, you can download old versions of our plugin. Can you install the latest version of the plugin that worked correctly for you and test it in your store?
This will help identify the source of the error – if it is indeed one of Flexible Shipping updates, we will know more.
Best regards,
TomekHello @tograczyk,
I have installed the version previous to the update that broke the plugin for me and the problem still persist.
Thank you,Hi @samuelsuteras, if the earlier version worked, and now it does not work, it looks like some external factor – independent of our plugin.
Can you provide the URL of your site? We can check if there are any errors in the browser console.
Best regards,
Tomek -
