Cart not removing/updating items

I cannot add, remove or update items in cart once a product is in there. Clicking the remove button causes a loading screen but with no change; when a new product is added to the cart, the old product remains. However, both the sidebar cart and checkout page are fine.

I have tested both the Twenty Twenty-Four and Storefront themes and excluded the Cart, Account, and Checkout pages from being purged by SpeedyCache and all plugins are up to date; including Elementor, which I rolled back to version 3.25.4 to test, but have since reinstalled version 3.25.10.

I found that Elementor is causing the problem, no other conflicts; how can I fix this??

Here is a system status report; I have no shop page assigned, upon trialling I found it does not make a difference to the issue.
