Hello @albarosa ,
Thanks for reaching out.
I am sorry to hear that. Could you please tell us which plugins you are using on your site? Even sharing the site’s URL could help. Could you please try disabling all the plugin integrations in Integrations > Plugins and let us know?
Thanks in advance.
Best,
Antonio
Hello @antoiub,
thank you for your reply.
I’m using the Complianz plugin, and the only integration that is active is WooCommerce.
Here is the link to my shop:
https://1001smiles.de/shop/
When “Add to cart” is clicked, the cart does not load. I have now reactivated your plugin for demonstration purposes, since my official sales won’t begin until next week — so no one is currently visiting the cart page.
If you need any further information, I’m happy to help.
Best regards,
Viviana
Hello @albarosa ,
Thanks for the details! Could you please try to disable the WooCommerce integration and exclude Complianz from the cache by following this guide?
Please try that and let me know.
Best regards,
Antonio
Hello @antoiub,
I have deactivated WooCommerce and followed the instructions by removing the JS and CSS code from the cache, then completely cleared the cache. Unfortunately, this did not help resolve the issue.
EDIT: When I visit the cart as an anonymous user using Google or Firefox, it now works! But not as an admin — only when I’m logged in as an admin. As soon as I log out, the cart works fine.
Do you know what could be causing this?
Thank you and best regards, Viviana

Hello @albarosa ,
Thank you for the update and for testing the changes.
It’s great news that the cart now works properly for visitors who aren’t logged in as admin; that means your customers can complete their purchases without any issues, which is what matters most.
As for the issue that only shows up when you’re logged in as an admin, that kind of thing can sometimes happen due to how scripts or caching behave differently for logged-in users. Since every site setup is a bit different, it’s not always easy for us to pinpoint the exact cause from our side.
That said, we’re more than happy to support you as much as we can; even if our options are a bit limited when it comes to site-specific configurations. Can you please try to clear the logged-in cache and check again?
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
Antonio
Hello @antoiub,
Unfortunately, I had to realize once again that the shopping cart still doesn’t work — even for customers. That’s very strange because it did work briefly after implementing your tips, at least for customers. Maybe something is being overwritten?
It seems that I’m the only one experiencing this issue, so it might actually be due to some configuration — even though I have no idea which one.
I’ve now deactivated your plugin and will dive deeper into the matter when I get the chance.
If you happen to have any further ideas or if others report the same issue, I would really appreciate additional suggestions for a solution.
Best regards,
Viviana
Hello @antoiub,
It’s me again, as I unfortunately haven’t found a solution yet.
Excluding the following JS files in LiteSpeed hasn’t helped:
complianz-gdpr-premium/pro/tcf/build/index.js
complianz-gdpr-premium/pro/tcf-stub/build/index.js
complianz-gdpr-premium/cookiebanner/js/complianz.min.js
Are these code lines only functional for premium users? Should I consider upgrading to Premium?
However, my cart still doesn’t work even when LiteSpeed is deactivated. I’ve deactivated all plugins, but my cart only stops working when your plugin is active. I can’t figure out why. For now, your plugin is deactivated, but I need to find a solution or switch plugins — it can’t stay like this in the long run.
Would upgrading solve the issue? Could it be related to the premium code?
Thanks a lot for any advice — maybe someone else has encountered a similar issue by now and there’s more information available.
Best regards
