To add to the above I do get the same issue on desktop too but in a Inprivate/cognito window.
Could this suggest a caching issue because it doesn’t happen when logged in as admin?

The issue has been resolved it turned out be related server side caching, after migrating the site to a new server everything is working as it should be.

Hello Secr,When I made changes to the product archive page in Elementor and previewed the changes on a desktop browser the cart was working correctly but when I logged out of the admin panel the issue was happening so this indicated that it was something to do with caching to me.
After disabling my caching plugin it was still happening, as I didn’t have access to the hosting panel I migrated the site to a new server and the problem was resolved.
