    Hi,

I was able to connect to Shopify and add products and collections, but when you click in the buy now button, it only takes you to the product page, where you then need to add to cart and checkout.

Is there a way to have a cart in the WP site, where people can add multiple products and then do the checkout at Shopify?

Yes, it is possible using the feature type=”js” in a shortcode you will see on the settings page under shortcodes tab. Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks for the reply, but that made no difference. I tried this:

    [wp-shopify-product id="8440272158883" button_type="js" continue-shopping-page="8444240560291" template="bello-sole"]

    I also tried this:

    [wp-shopify-product id="8440272158883" button_type="js"]

And it looks the same as if I did this:

    [wp-shopify-product id="8440272158883" button_type="default"]

It pulls the information correctly from Shopify, but the button still says “Buy Now” and when you click it, it just takes you to the product page in Shopify.

    [wp-shopify-product button_type="js"]

No need to mention product ID when the page is working for all the products. And make sure you are using the pro version for button_type=”js”

Thanks, but we don’t have a shop page per se. We have individual products throughout the site. I was hoping people could add the products from the different areas of the site into the cart.

    Yes, it is still possible.

    /?id=NUMERIC_VALUE

Will handle the single product page. You just need to route the products to this page.
