Card Testing Alerts – reCAPTCHA v2?

Stripe have alerted us to some Card Testing recently on our site. They have made recommendations. One of which is reCAPTCHA v2.

From what I understand, there is no reCAPTCHA reference in the plugin’s documentation or changelog.

Could you please share a screenshot of the screen where you see this? https://snipboard.io/ is a good choice of a tool, for sharing it here with us.

Additionally, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. You can use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Thanks for sending the system report. I’d recommend updating your MySQL version on your site for better performance, your host might help you with that.

To add or edit your API keys, please navigate to WooCommerce > settings > payments > stripe > settings > edit account keys.

At this time, there is no reCAPTCHA option available for the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin, but you can use an extension such as reCaptcha for WooCommerce. It is able to add reCAPTCHA v2 or v3 (invisible) to your Checkout Page.
