Captcha Lock Broken in latest update 2.9.94

Dear Sir,

After the latest update 2.9.94, the captcha lock is broken and all the files are showing locked and cannot be downloaded even after verifying the captcha. If the captcha is disabled then everything works fine. In presence of captcha lock feature the file URL shows #locked.
