Can’t Upload Files to GF

Over the past few weeks, our users have been unable to upload files with GF. After turning off all plugins, I determined it was the GF Add-On for Pods that is causing the issue. Any attempt I’ve made to chime in on existing threads hasn’t worked (posts submitted but never released from moderation), so I’m starting a new one because we really need a solution to this and I’m not seeing much response. We have tried Pods 3.3.3, but that didn’t help.
