    Your website says that the free version includes page targeting for up to 500 visitors per month. But when I try to set up page targeting, I’m told it’s a pro feature. Can you please clarify? Thanks!

    Hey @emh1969

    Thanks for reaching out. The monthly visitors limit refers to the overall number of website visitors per month i.e., it’s the number of people who visit your site.

    Site visitors and page targeting are two different terms. Page targeting is a feature that helps you restrict your Chaty widget to specific pages.

    Moreover, the 500 visitors per month restriction is intended for the Chaty app. Chaty app and Chaty for WordPress mark as two separate products.

    The differences are:

    • The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be used on WordPress sites exclusively, while the Chaty app can be used on any platform.
    • The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be used for free for unlimited website visitors per month, while the Chaty app can be used for free (for the same features) for up to 500 monthly visitors per month;
    • The Chaty plug-in for WordPress can be purchased for a 1-year, 2-year, or lifetime license, while the Chaty app can be purchased monthly or annually.

    You can check the full specifications of the WordPress plug-in here: https://premio.io/downloads/chaty/

    And here, you can check the standalone app: https://chaty.app

    Best,
    Patrick
