Can’t select database

    Hello Nirmal,

    Please check the wp-config.php file on your WordPress folder to see if the database name you created matches the one there.

    Hello Nirmal !
    If you install with wordpress setup automatically and you use xampp , pay attention to the DB name,DB username (default is ‘root’) and password that you have set for your database.

    Check to make sure you have used the correct db name / username / password in the installation step , so that the script will be able to connect to the database & thats it.

    If after installing you encounter this issue , make sure the db name / user name / password are correctly configured in wp-config
