    Hello

I have a problem when updating or creating landing pages, it cannot save, the saving process just spins and then reports an error

web-cli.min.js?ver=3.33.2:2 Document already in save progress

I have tried turning on Safe Mode, disabling suspicious plug-ins, switching to the default interface, trying to downgrade and upgrade elementor through versions but it cannot be handled.

This error appears when the design page is complex. If you create a new page, add Widgets and have no effects, it can still be saved, but when adding effects, setting colors, styles, it cannot be saved

    Best regards

    Hi there,

Thank you for being so patient. I’d be happy to assist you in this case.

This is probably happening because your memory limit has been reached. To fix this, try the following methods.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

I tried the ways you suggested, but it still doesn’t fix it

    What should I do?

    Hi, @hoangtrismpk.

Thank you for following up, and I’m sorry to hear the issue persists.

Since the issue doesn’t appear to be related to memory, I recommend trying the following additional steps:

    • I know you mentioned deactivating suspicious plugins but, when attempting to rule out a plugin conflict, it’s important to deactivate all plugins besides Elementor (especially script optimizers, security plugins, custom header/footer injectors and any plugins modifying the REST API).
    • Clear cache at all levels (browser, site and server).
    • Try using a different network connection to rule out a slow or unstable connection.
    • Ask your hosting provider to check on their end in case of slow server response.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi

I did everything you suggested and it still didn’t fix it.

What should I do next, is it possible to delete Elementor and reinstall it and will it lose the landing pages I created?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update!

Yes, you can safely delete and reinstall Elementor. Your existing pages and landing pages will not be lost. All of your content is stored in your WordPress database, not in the plugin itself, so it will remain intact after the reinstallation.

The only thing that might happen is that some Elementor settings (like global colors, fonts, or certain advanced settings) may reset to their default values. If you’re using any Elementor add-ons, you may also need to re-enable or update them afterward.

As a precaution, I always recommend creating a full site backup before making these kinds of changes.

    Hope this helps.
