Hi @ariesgdim,
Thanks for reaching out!
I took a closer look, and it seems that Jetpack Boost isn’t able to regenerate Critical CSS because your site is currently unreachable from Jetpack’s servers.
Specifically:
- When we try to connect, we receive network errors (cURL 7) — meaning the server doesn’t allow Jetpack to connect.
- Even if we reach the server, it returns an internal server error (500) when trying to process XML-RPC requests, which are necessary for Boost and other Jetpack features to work correctly.
This issue is happening at the server or hosting level, not inside WordPress or Jetpack itself.
Could you please reach out to your hosting provider and share this information with them?
They’ll need to ensure that:
- The server can accept incoming connections from Jetpack and WordPress.com servers.
- XML-RPC is enabled and functioning properly for external services.
- Jetpack’s IP addresses are allowlisted on your server’s firewall and security settings. You can share this guide with them for reference:
We’re happy to help further if needed — once the server can respond normally again, CSS regeneration and Boost features should start working smoothly.
Thanks again for working through this with us!
Hi there, @ariesgdim,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
