Hi @mckimler,
Thanks for reaching out!
Could you please share some more details regarding the issue, perhaps some screenshots or a screencast of the problem, so that I can investigate this and assist you further?
You may use a tool like Snipboard (https://snipboard.io/) or Loom (https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) to create and share the screenshots/screencasts.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
I guess I should ask this question first. maybe you could lead me in the right direction, btw, thanks for helping me, I need all I can get! lol. Here is the question, after the plugin is installed into wp and I went in to pages on wp, with the help of the aioseo I change my home page, basically I optimized and everything looked good while I was in wp. new title new meta description it looked great while I was in wp. so I went in to my website afterwards and seen that none of it had been changed. nothing! same title and description, so I go back into wp and go to all pages to edit click on edit and all the changes I made are still there. so am I just changing seo title and description for meta or should my WordPress changed when I updated it using the plugin aioseo?
Hi @mckimler
Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?
Please follow these steps for the recording:
- Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here – https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
- Reload the screen and check the Console tab for errors, which will show in red.
- Take a screencast of the issue and send it to me, and I can investigate this further.
You can use a free tool like Loom (https://www.loom.com/screen-recorder) to record your screen and share the link with me.
I’m looking forward to helping you!
Hi @mckimler ,
We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
