Can’t get date and time value | WordPress.org

Hello,

1st thanks for the plugin which is great.

I follow all the steps and I get my form data in Google Sheet.

But I also need date and time value and they are always empty in my sheet ?

I tried with the field names ([_date] [_time]) or formula =DATEVALUE(“[_date]”) but in both cases this doesn’t work

What can I do to solve this issue ?

Have you tried to send something else from “special mail tags for submissions”?

For example [_remote_ip].
Is it coming?

Hello,

I just tried [_remote_ip] and [_user_agent] and I get the data.

But with [_date] and [_time] still nothing ?

Do you have a test website (please do not send real one, that could contain sensitive data) where issue is reproducing and you can share it to me to check?

Other thing – you can install some debug plugins, like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
(or if you fine with code – enable WP_DEBUG mode, send one test message to spreadsheet and check if any errors/warnings in the log)
