Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with WPForms Lite. I’m really sorry to hear that the free version didn’t meet your expectations — I completely understand how that can be disappointing.
The Lite version is designed to help users easily create and customize forms with the essential features needed to collect and receive submissions by email. While entry storage is part of our Pro features, we do include a Lite Connect option that securely backs up your form entries in the cloud. This means you can restore them later if you decide to upgrade to the Pro version. Actually i don’t think you care that much. The forms may be excellent, but i don’t care with this basic functionality missing. I’m certainly not going to pay 50 euros a year just for a forms plugin. If every plugin costs me that much, I’ll be broke. Besides, there are lots of other forms plugins that are also great and offer this functionality.

Just to clarify, it’s absolutely not our intention to make you feel unheard or uncared for. I genuinely do care, and I’m here to help in any way I can. Your feedback is important to us, and it’s already been shared with the team so we can keep improving the plugin for all users.
While Lite Connect and email notifications are meant to help Lite users manage submissions, I understand they may not be the right fit for your setup. And that’s okay — choosing the tool that works best for you is the most important thing.
