I would very much like to use this plugin, but don’t seem to be able to download it. I’m getting this error message:

“Could not copy file. custom-content-by-country/inc/ip2nation/ip2nation.sql”

Any advise on how to get it working?

I’m not sure what’s going on there … my guess is that your web hosting has some sort of restrictions in place (perhaps for SQL files) – best to contact them directly and tell them.
