Can’t designate initially open pane

Hi!
I’ve got several accordions on this page. I have most of them set to start with all panes collapsed, but on the first accordion I’ve set the top pane to be open initially. But no matter what I try, it’s always the third one that is initially open. You can see in the screenshot that I’m choosing the top pane, but also that the panes were created in a different order than they’re currently in. Could that be why? Or could it be because I have more than one accordion block on the page? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
