This is most commonly caused by caching. Please temporarily disable your caching plugin and try disabling the payment methods again. After disabling the payment methods:
- clear all caches
- refresh the Payments page
- check if the methods stay disabled
If the issue still happens, please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:
- Navigate to
WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin panel.
- Click
Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Paste the report into PrivateBin
- Share the generated link here so we can review the details thoroughly.
