    2 shops activated extra payments like bancontact, blik…
    i cant deactived these?

    Help please

    This is most commonly caused by caching. Please temporarily disable your caching plugin and try disabling the payment methods again. After disabling the payment methods:

    • clear all caches
    • refresh the Payments page
    • check if the methods stay disabled

    If the issue still happens, please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click Get system report and then Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into PrivateBin
    4. Share the generated link here so we can review the details thoroughly.
