Hello,
This plugin is a WordPress wrapper of pixoeditor.com service. Even though it provides a free plan, the coolest features such as Features selection are paid. You may have passed the 30-day trial, resulting in those settings not taking effect.
Check with Support on pixoeditor.com if that’s the case.

Thank you for your response.
I am trying out the free version of the plugin before i purchase it so for now its fine if i cant change it. As long as after purchasing it will be available. But i cannot seem to make it work with the image upload plugin.
The plugin is
https://wordpress.org/plugins/drag-and-drop-multiple-file-upload-for-woocommerce/
I have been trying to make it work but no luck here. It says that pixo is supposed to open every time with the file upload. But i does not. What would i have to do to make it work (change any settings?) or do you have any other recommendations (plugins that are tested) for this purpose?
Thank you!

Hello,
Pixo is not compatible with this plugin because the file uploader that it creates is not a native <input type="file" /> element. When the user selects a file, this custom file uploader uploads it immediately to the server and adds a reference (media ID) to the form. When the form is submitted, the file is referred by its ID. Pixo needs a simple file input field in order to hook to it.
