Hi,

When I go to optimize the firewall (it is @ 35%), the OS is detected as “Apache + suPHP (recommended based on our tests)”, I download .htaccess, and then receive a message:

The changes have not yet taken effect. If you are using LiteSpeed or IIS as your web server or CGI/FastCGI interface, you may need to wait a few minutes for the changes to take effect since the configuration files are sometimes cached. You also may need to select a different server configuration in order to complete this step, but wait for a few minutes before trying. You can try refreshing this page.

Help appreciated.

Hi Gerroald,

I selected the manual configuration method, and added the auto prepend statement to php.ini, but the message that I need to optimize the firewall is still there.

The hosting is a custom non-cpanel environment with no ability to add PHP variables.

I tried setting SetEnv PHPRC /…/php.ini in .htaccess, without change.

Help appreciated.
