    You’re either using a plugin or it’s added by your hosting provider. You can use your FTP and rename the /plugins/ folder inside /wp-content/ to something else to see if it works.

    If it doesn’t then you can contact your hosting provider regarding this. Hope it works. 🙂

    No idea, and that’s why asking you to rename the entire /plugins/ folder to something like /plugins-temp/ or something.

    That’s an Apache authentication message. You might want to check your installation’s .htaccess file. If you have “WordPress hosting” (in quotes because most are garbage), you should contact your hosting provider and have them remove the Apache authentication from your site.
