My guess, there might be incompatibility issue either with active plugins or theme.
Can you run testing it with default theme enabled as instructed in my reply to your other topic here?

Just getting back to you on this one, when I put Troubleshoot mode on, I can see the Customise section, however when I switch it off, I can’t see it again. What does this tell us?

Did you notice that all plugins are disabled when troubleshooting mode is on?
My guess, you’re getting incompatibility issue with one of your active plugins.
To find out which one is the culprit, while troubleshooting mode, ensure all plugins are disabled, then re-enable one by one and run your test in each.

Thank you Kharis I’ve managed to find the culprit as you suggested and I’ve deleted the troublesome plugin.
