Hi @terragirl you can find the list of abandoned orders by navigating to WooCommerce >> Abandoned Carts >> Abandoned Orders. Image reference here: https://imgur.com/a/uExtIfo
Can you confirm if you see the same result in the image above?
@terragirl just to confirm we’re on the same page, the plugin menu is missing on your end, right? Image reference here: https://imgur.com/a/d6JFE9g
Correct, there’s no tabbed menu. The screenshot has helped me to narrow this down, it’s a weird conflict. We have the plugin “All In One SEO” installed which adds this CSS to admin:
h2.woo-nav-tab-wrapper {
display: none !important;
}
/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/dist/Lite/assets/css/user-profile-tab.a77e85e1.css?ver=4.8.1
So the question is – who needs to fix what? Looks like this might be a bug report for All In One SEO? Let me know your take on this, happy to submit a report to them if needed.
Hey everyone,
I’m the Product Manager for AIOSEO. I’ve just confirmed this as a bug, I’ll look into issuing a hotfix for this right away.
thank you! I’ve done a css fix for my client but great to know a bug fix is coming. It’s much appreciated!
@terragirl We just pushed out our update. 🙂
@arnaudbroes Thank you for looping in on this to clarify this and also for pushing an update to resolve this issue.
@terragirl thanks for bringing this to our attention.
