Cannot see a send compliment button.

Hi,

I am trying to send a compliment but it say:
“Aw, you have no Compliment yet. To get some try sending Compliment to others.”

Where can I send a compliment to another user?
I am here http://www.mysite/username/compliments/
But there is no “send” button.
